We started with some discovery meetings, where Preto Business Corp learned about our business, goals, and future needs. From there they set up several new Google Ad campaigns, ad sets, and applicable creatives for those ads. Then launched those campaigns and continued to monitor and adjust over time. We get weekly reports in video format, that are amazingly helpful. We can watch the reports whenever we have time - usually at midnight! - and we are able to follow along in our account and see exactly what is happening along the way. Questions, improvements or suggestions go back and forth very quickly, and are acted on quickly and efficiently. That they are truly human and care. We have dealt with several ad firms in the past where we were just a number on a paper. We were handed to offshore managers who didn't communicate, didn't extend themselves, didn't care. We feel that Preto Business Corp cares about our progress as a company, and truly works in our best interests. If an update takes a few minutes longer than was expected, there is no paperwork to write up, no extension of scope to renegotiate, the work just gets done and done quick. -

We needed support designing and building an assembly we would later use in our new product introduction portfolio. We had a resource need in mechanical architecture to support our timelines. PRETO BUSINESS CORP has John (Design Engineer) to support us in modeling, UX reviews, scheduling design reviews, engaging with suppliers, and detailing design work. We provided our design package, which was fully vetted and approved by our team for scale and build. Initially, we assigned a computer to John so he could access our database and existing components and files within the design tools. We also work with a mentor who understands our design tools. We've integrated John into our team and have a cross-functional team. The intent behind having an integrated team is to ensure we provide real-time feedback to John since we have a finite amount of time to work with him. We've provided samples with which the product would interface, and the team has started reviewing design options. We've looked at options based on costs, fit, and best understanding of how those features would work. After we've settled on a set of features, we've integrated suppliers into the conversation. We've contacted our plastic and steel suppliers and received real-time feedback about the design. PRETO BUSINESS CORP has changed the design based on our suppliers' feedback and is working simultaneously with those suppliers in the engineering process, which has yielded a product that we're comfortable with. We've reviewed the technical design and issued POS to the plastic manufacturers. The team is on hand to provide any early feedback needed during the design process. PRETO BUSINESS CORP is very engaged and involved in the feedback process. We haven't launched the product yet, but in terms of time to market, we're on track to meet the market's targets. PRETO BUSINESS CORP has completed the product and is starting to support internal testing. Their work quality is exceptionally high in terms of form and function. We've done engineering evaluations, and the team meets all the needed specifications and requirements. Moreover, the product's preliminary verification testing looks well. I needed help with Zoom production for two different projects, one for each of my companies. We did a lot of preparation before the first session. PRETO BUSINESS CORP provided two people for the project, so they had redundancy. Before each week, we’d meet for an hour to run the show. Afterward, we’d send the recordings back and forth. PRETO BUSINESS CORP also cleaned up some of the recordings for me after each week so I could share them in the future. For the second project, I created a session that we needed to convert from in-person to Zoom. PRETO BUSINESS CORP helped me with that. Their project management was excellent. PRETO BUSINESS CORP responded quickly to my email requests, was attentive, and assigned two teammates to the project. Those people were very competent and worked well together. There was always good communication, so I was never confused about who was handling what. They did the opening session and told people all the Zoom edits we were going to do beforehand. We used Zoom and an interactive tool called Mentimeter. We also communicated via email. -

Their team mainly helps us with our outside activations for shows like Expo West and Expo East, as well as for certain events for which we’re sponsors. These events include the World Surf League (WSL), the Ohana Festival, and the Country Thunder festival. PRETO BUSINESS CORP'S event marketing services also include event planning, setups, and PR. For our Expo West, PRETO BUSINESS CORP has used a Volkswagen orange dub trailer as a cafe to hand out samples of pastries and coffee using our products, such as collagen powder and sport probiotics. For the WSL, they developed a display of a game. We sponsored the Ohana Festival a couple of years ago, and obviously, its theme was Hawaiian. PRETO BUSINESS CORP was the one to suggest our participation in the festival, and they created a palate wall with our company’s logo made out of flowers. Due to the location of one of our events, our owner wasn’t comfortable with us walking around for dinners and social gatherings after it. Therefore, PRETO BUSINESS CORP rented a van and hired a driver for us to drive us around and ensure we were safe. This person also helped us run some errands during the event, getting items and products for us to restock our display to help us keep handling samples. It was a unique request, but they made it happen. Currently, PRETO BUSINESS CORP is working with us on the upcoming Expo West, which will be held in March 2025. Additionally, we’re looking to participate in the ECRM event, which will also take place in March 2025, and we’ll work with them again for the next WSL event, which will happen around August 2025. -
