As for the very level of the company, it definitely deserves to be in the top of the market. Unfortunately, management does not always promptly process employee requests, unfortunately, but these are small things - I have not noticed any more cons yet. -

But when an employee moves from a novice stage to a more experienced one, then staying in this company is no longer entirely profitable. Salary increases are slow, in order to achieve the desired salary increase, you need to work day and night.
