TechBehemoths 2024 Awards: How It Works
At TechBehemoths, we’re thrilled to announce the fourth annual edition of our awards! The TechBehemoths 2024 Awards celebrate excellence in information and technology across the global B2B market.
This year’s awards will follow a two-phase process:
- Pre-Nomination Phase – Here, nominated companies will work to qualify for the next round.
- Voting Phase – Qualified companies, known as nominees, will then aim to gather votes to win the TechBehemoths 2024 Awards in their country and for up to three of their service areas.
About the Pre-Nomination Phase
The pre-nomination phase begins on 20 October 2024 and runs until 10 November. During this time, all tech companies listed on TechBehemoths with a profile strength below ‘Above Average’ will have the opportunity to boost their profiles to qualify for the next stage. For tips on improving your profile strength, please visit this page.
On 10 November, we’ll confirm which companies have qualified as nominees and will advance to the next round of the TechBehemoths 2024 Awards.
About the Voting Phase
The voting phase begins immediately after nominees are announced and runs until 15 December 2024. During this period, nominees can reach out to their network to gather votes and climb the ranks. The more votes a company earns, the higher their chances of winning a TechBehemoths Award in their country for up to three of their service areas.
Nomination Criteria
The TechBehemoths 2024 Awards are based on two main criteria: location and services. This year, companies from 58 countries that focus on at least one of the 20 listed services will have the chance to be recognised.
Building on our experience from previous years, we’ve chosen to expand the awards to include both competitive and emerging markets, ensuring recognition for companies that truly deserve it.
Eligible Countries: United States, United Kingdom, India, Canada, Poland, Australia, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, Germany, Brazil, South Africa, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Spain, Vietnam, Romania, Netherlands, Mexico, Armenia, Philippines, Malaysia, Italy, Singapore, New Zealand, Ireland, Kenya, Argentina, Croatia, Portugal, Israel, Nepal, Sweden, Bulgaria, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Uruguay, Iraq, Sri Lanka, Colombia, Belarus, China, Hungary, Czech Republic, Estonia, Egypt, Greece, Indonesia, Serbia, France, Russia, Switzerland, Austria, Lithuania, Chile, Thailand.
Services and focuses:
To put it simply, this means that all verified companies with a profile strength of “Above Average” or higher, coming from one of the listed countries and offering at least one of the 20 services above, will qualify for the nomination phase.
About the Voting Process
As the tech industry is one of the most globally accessible fields, users are free to vote for their favourite company regardless of geographic location. This means that voters can be based in any country or territory, not limited to the countries where nominated companies reside.
In the current voting system, a vote for any specific service extends to all other services the company has been nominated for. However, a company can compete in only one location (its current headquarters) and a maximum of three service categories.
Only votes validated via email will be counted.
Voting results will be announced on the platform, via email, and across social media channels two days after the voting period concludes. Both award winners and participating voters will be notified through these channels.
Companies with the highest number of votes that meet our performance criteria will be granted their respective awards.
Widgets and Badges
To ensure fair chances in the race for the 2024 TechBehemoths Awards, widgets will be provided in two types:
- Widgets for Nominated Companies to Collect Votes
Available in the company dashboard from 11 November to 15 December for nominees. - Widgets for Awarded Companies
Available in the dashboards of awarded companies after the voting period ends.
Both types of widgets will be accessible through each nominated or awarded vendor’s dashboard. All nominated companies will receive their voting widgets on 10 November, allowing them to start gathering support. Awarded companies will gain access to their winner widgets after the results are announced, no later than 20 December 2024.
Additionally, each nominated company will have its voting widget prominently displayed on its TechBehemoths profile page for the entire voting period. To increase the chances of winning a 2024 TechBehemoths Award, nominated companies are strongly encouraged to integrate the voting widget on their website and share their unique voting link across business networks, social media, and with clients and employees.
The voting widget, alongside TechBehemoths’ profile strength algorithm, plays a key role in a nominee’s path to success.
Awarded companies will receive their official badge as both a widget and an image (in SVG and PNG formats). Those displaying their award badge or widget on their website will also be highlighted in listing pages across the platform.
We recommend displaying the award badge or widget on dedicated awards pages, employee email signatures, social media profiles, and relevant articles. This badge stands as proof of success in a transparent, community-led, client-focused voting process—an initiative uniquely championed in the tech industry by TechBehemoths.
Hope this makes the process clear and engaging! Let us know if you need any further clarification.
