The TechBehemoths Awards celebrate the most trusted and impactful IT companies in the world, the people behind them, their work, and their results.

In 2024, nearly 3,905 companies were nominated globally, with 1,945 awarded companies across 57 countries.

This year, we mark the 5th annual edition, with more companies in the spotlight, from 68 countries worldwide, nominated across 20 service categories.

What makes these awards truly special? It’s everything merit-based. Winners are selected based on a combination of factors: 50% public voting and 50% performance.

Want to join the TechBehemoths Awards and maybe win? Follow this simple step-by-step guide that helps you understand how the Awards work, what to expect, and how to make the most of it.

Step 1: Qualify for Awards 2025

Make sure your company profile is strong and complete to be eligible for the Awards 2025.

How to Qualify?

• Reach at least an "Above Average" profile score
• Add a strong business description
• Complete business details (logo, contacts, location)
• Update portfolio, add the latest 3 new projects.
• Collect +5 authentic client reviews.

Besides these criteria, engagement and visibility, profile visits, user interactions, and project inquiries show how active and relevant your company is on the platform. The stronger the engagement, the higher your chances of qualifying.

Criteria beyond a company’s control, analysed by TechBehemoths' data:

• Business’ Profile visits
• User interaction metrics
• Project inquires
• Time spent on the business profile
• “Visit website” clicks
• Total number of messages
• Total number of project inquiries

Step 2: Check Your Nomination

Keep an eye on your inbox and verify your company email is up to date to avoid missing the announcement.

If your company meets the eligibility criteria, you’ll receive a nomination email on November 1 confirming that you’re part of the TechBehemoths Awards 2025.

The email will include details about the services you’re nominated for and the deadline to collect votes.

This means your profile is strong enough to enter the competition, and your company will appear on the official nominees list.

Step 3: Voting - Ask Your Community to Vote

Invite your network to vote for your company and guide them on how to do it right.

• Share your voting link on the website, social media, and email signatures.
• Ask past clients and your business network to support you
• Be creative, campaigns that work best are authentic, not pushy.
• Collect many more votes by embedding your voting widget on your website (only for 5 weeks!)
• Shout out on LinkedIn, FB, and your own blog - it will help you tremendously! (Last year, many companies won the award with the help of these media channels)

November 14 update: We ran a system-wide audit and applied a platform-wide correction update to resolve a discrepancy between raw votes and validated counts (a handful of companies received unconfirmed votes that were mistakenly counted as validated). In addition, in a few cases, votes submitted by automated bots were identified and removed. Your dashboards now reflect verified numbers only, with all genuine, confirmed votes from your network fully accounted for. This reaffirms our time-proven commitment to fairness, integrity, and equal opportunity for all participants.

Step 3.1: Explain the Voting Process

To help your community support you during the TechBehemoths Awards 2025, make sure they know exactly how to vote.

How to vote?

• Select the country where the company is based.
• Choose the service category.
• Find the company and click “Vote”.
• Confirm your vote through the email you receive.
• Done! Your vote is counted.

One vote per person, per company. Every vote is verified by email to keep the process fair and merit-based. Duplicate or fraudulent votes aren’t allowed, and repeated votes from the same email, IP, or device are automatically restricted.

TechBehemoths also uses advanced protection methods like VPN and proxy detection, traffic filtering, and behaviour checks to block suspicious activity. This ensures that every vote reflects real support from real people, keeping the Awards transparent and trustworthy. To give you an idea, 47% of all reviews in 2025 were rejected and not approved. This is to keep our reputation and reliability high.

Step 4: Monitor Your Voting Results & Stay Active

You can see in real time how many votes your company has received. Votes are updated continuously on your company dashboard.

• Track your voting performance throughout the campaign
• Ensure compliance with the rules (no spamming and no paid voting)
• Post updates to enhance visibility

The deadline to collect votes is December 7, 2025.

On December 9, we will announce the official winners. We hope your company will be among them!

If you win, it’s your moment to celebrate and showcase your TechBehemoths Award.

• Add the winner badge to your website, awards page, email signatures, social media profiles, and relevant articles.
