Announcing TechBehemoths Awards 2025: How It Works & Things You Should Know

Summary

The TechBehemoths Awards 2025 celebrate innovation, trust, and excellence in the global IT industry.

Over 54,150 companies from 68 countries are eligible, with only the top 3.5% earning recognition.

This guide explains how the Awards work — from eligibility and nomination to voting and winner selection — highlighting why they matter, how companies can participate, and what makes TechBehemoths unique.

We’re excited to announce the 5th Annual Edition of the TechBehemoths Awards, a milestone year that celebrates innovation, trust, and excellence in the global IT and B2B.

This year, our community brings together over 54,150 companies to spotlight the people and projects driving digital transformation forward. Only 1,900 companies, that’s just 1 in 30 or the top 3.5%, will earn this recognition.

To make everything clearer and the Awards process easier for everyone, we’ve prepared a list of answers to the most common questions. This way, you’ll know exactly what to expect and how to make the most of it.

Let’s make this year the strongest one yet!

What are the TechBehemoths Awards?

The TechBehemoths Awards started in 2021 and have grown steadily ever since.

Today, the TechBehemoths Awards are a way for businesses to proudly showcase their achievements and, for clients, a way to choose trusted partners with confidence.

An award is one of the highest forms of recognition a company can receive. But only a few truly carry real value and trust, and TechBehemoths is one of them.

Why TechBehemoths Awards Matter?

Here’s why it's worth it:

  • Impactful visibility on TechBehemoths, and beyond it
  • Recognition as a trusted, 2025 award-winning company
  • Press coverage on trusted global and local resources and interviews (free)
  • Extensive coverage on social media
  • Social proof and market credibility among customers
  • Winner badge and exposure for 1 full year at no charge

How Does the Awards Process Work?

Each year, we fine-tune and strengthen the Awards process to make sure it reflects real performance and impact. Unlike many platforms, we don’t hand out awards; they’re earned. This evolving and transparent approach is what makes TechBehemoths Awards trusted and valued by both tech companies and prospective clients.

For the third consecutive year, the TechBehemoths Awards follow a two-phase process:

  1. Pre-Nomination Phase – companies are evaluated to qualify for the next round.
  2. Voting Phase – nominees can collect votes to win the TechBehemoths 2025 Awards

When Will the 2025 Awards Start?

For TechBehemoths, an award isn’t just a badge. It’s a real, impactful, and meaningful recognition of performance.

That’s why, unlike many other platforms that run multiple campaigns a year, we choose to focus on this moment only once annually, to keep it truly special.

It’s already a tradition for the TechBehemoths Awards to kick off at the end of each year.

This year, the work on eligibility started even earlier, in early October, to make the process smoother for everyone.

Here’s the 2025 Awards timeline:

  • Oct 9 – Nov 1: Work on eligibility
  • Nov 1 – Dec 7: User voting
  • Dec 7: Voting closes
  • Dec 9: Winners announced
  • Q1 2026: PR & media exposure

FAQ

Which Companies Are Eligible to Participate?

To keep the Awards fair and meaningful, only companies that deliver quality and demonstrate strong performance throughout the year are nominated.

The main eligibility criteria include:

  • Business profile strength
  • Client reviews
  • Business portfolio
  • User Engagement with a profile
  • Profile’s visibility on the platform

Criteria beyond a company’s control, analysed by TechBehemoths' data:

  • Business’ Profile visits
  • User interaction metrics
  • Project inquires
  • Time spent on the business profile
  • “Visit website” clicks
  • Total number of messages
  • Total number of project inquiries

A strong profile means having verified and complete information services, portfolio, description, and contact details. Client reviews reflect trust and the quality of delivered work. The portfolio highlights expertise and proven results. Engagement and visibility show consistent activity and presence on the platform.

Profile visits show clients' interest and how often prospective clients explore a company’s page. User interaction captures how clients engage with the content: the time they spend, the services they check, and the actions they take. Finally, project inquiries represent the strongest signal when a client reaches out directly, showing clear intent to collaborate.

Only companies with a profile score of “Above Average,” “Strong,” or “Excellentare considered.

These factors, along with internal performance metrics such as interactions, profile visits, and engagement, are used to determine which companies qualify for the Awards.

Meet the nomination criteria, companies are automatically nominated based on performance, and only eligible companies are contacted for the next steps.

Which Countries Are Participating This Year?

This year, companies from 68 countries will have the chance to be recognized.

Eligible Countries: United States, United Kingdom, Israel, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Netherlands, Germany, France, India, Mexico, Spain, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Ukraine, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Poland, Italy, China, Nigeria, South Africa, Romania, Malaysia, Portugal, Argentina, Vietnam, Bulgaria, Colombia, Brazil, Greece, Bangladesh, Estonia, Pakistan, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Armenia, Belarus, Kenya, Thailand, Turkey, Ireland, Philippines, Lithuania, Uruguay, Bahrain, Iraq, Serbia, Sweden, Indonesia, Egypt, Austria, Croatia, Chile, Hungary, Sri Lanka, Nepal.

12 New Countries Joining the Awards in 2025

As tech progress reaches new geographical boundaries, more countries become active from an IT perspective and, in turn, are nominated in the TechBehemoths Yearly Awards.

The 2025 edition is expanding its global reach — and for the first time, companies from Tanzania, Morocco, Lebanon, Ethiopia, Qatar, Uganda, Cyprus, Hong Kong, Bahrain, Albania, Zimbabwe, and Moldova will be part of the Awards. Good luck to all of you!

How Are Countries Selected?

The process of selecting the countries in which the TechBehemoths awards are granted is based on several factors, which include online visibility, market demand, and the number of active companies.

A country is added to the Awards only when we see strong interaction from both companies and clients: profile visits, project inquiries, and overall engagement on the platform.

The more active a country’s ecosystem is, the higher its chances of being included. And if interest and activity slow down, that country may not be featured the following year. This way, the Awards reflect where the real energy and impact are happening.

These criteria are considered the most important in drawing the line between more active and less active geographical areas in the IT industry.

What Service Categories Are Included in the 2025 Awards?

The 2025 TechBehemoths Awards highlight the most in-demand and impactful service categories in the IT and digital industry. These categories reflect how companies innovate, build, and grow in today’s fast-evolving tech landscape.

Below is the full list of 20 service areas included in this year’s Awards.

Can a Company Compete in Multiple Service Categories or Locations?

A company can compete in only one location (its current headquarters) and in a maximum of three service categories.

How Were the Nominated Services Selected?

The nominated services were selected based on each company’s own priority order, combined with the actual interest those services generate on our platform.

Why is My Company Not Nominated?

Suppose your company is not on the nominee list. In that case, it usually means that its headquarters is not located in one of the eligible countries or that it doesn’t offer any of the 20 nominated services.

If your company meets both criteria but is still not listed, it most likely didn’t reach the required eligibility score this year.

How Does the Voting Process Work?

The TechBehemoths Awards are the first industry-wide award event fully driven by community voting. The voting phase begins right after the nominees are announced and runs until December 7, 2025.

To vote for a company, you have to access the location page where the company resides and find it by name using the search box.

During this time, nominees can reach out to their network to gather support and votes. The more votes a company receives, the higher its chances of winning a TechBehemoths Award in its country.

Who Can Participate in the Voting Process?

Every user (registered or not) on TechBehemoths can vote for their favourite companies, regardless of geographic location. This means that voters can be based in any country or territory, not limited to the countries where nominated companies reside.

How Do I Know If the Voting Process Is Genuine?

To keep the voting process fair and transparent, every user who votes in the TechBehemoths Awards must confirm their vote via email. Votes are only counted once the email address is verified.

Beyond this, we use advanced protection methods such as traffic filtering through security layers like Cloudflare, VPN, and proxy detection, and behavioural pattern checks to detect and block suspicious activity.

In addition, we’ve implemented strict measures to prevent duplicate or fraudulent votes — including limits on repeated voting from the same email address, IP, or device.

How Many Times Can Someone Vote for a Company?

Each user can vote only once for one competing company.

Only votes validated via email will be counted. This keeps the voting process simple and fair for everyone.

How Can I Check My Company’s Votes?

Each company can monitor the votes on TechBehemoths' company dashboard. To access the company dashboard, you must log in with an account that manages the company profile.

November 14 update: We ran a system-wide audit and applied a platform-wide correction update to resolve a discrepancy between raw votes and validated counts (a handful of companies received unconfirmed votes that were mistakenly counted as validated). In addition, in a few cases, votes submitted by automated bots were identified and removed.

Your dashboards now reflect verified numbers only, with all genuine, confirmed votes from your network fully accounted for. This reaffirms our time-proven commitment to fairness, integrity, and equal opportunity for all participants.

Can I View Live Votes for Other Nominees?

To ensure the credibility and fairness of the Awards, we don’t display live voting results for other companies. Public vote counts can encourage strategic or reactive voting, which may compromise the merit-based nature of the competition. The final results are revealed only after all votes have been thoroughly verified.

The order of nominees on the voting page is random and does not reflect the number of votes each company has received.

How Can Companies Encourage Clients and Partners to Vote?

Each nominated company will have its voting widget displayed on its TechBehemoths profile throughout the entire voting period.

To increase the chances of winning a 2025 TechBehemoths Award, nominated companies are strongly encouraged to:

  • Add the widget to their website
  • Share their unique voting link on social media and business networks
  • Send it directly to clients, partners, and employees

The voting widget, together with TechBehemoths’ profile strength algorithm, plays an important role in every nominee’s path to success.

Can a Company Win More Than One Category?

A company can win in more than one service category. However, to keep the results clear and fair, and trustworthy, only the two most voted winning services for each company will be displayed on the winners’ list on the website.

How Are the Winners Selected and Announced?

Companies with the highest number of votes that also meet performance standards will be granted their respective awards.

The number of votes determines 50% of the final result in the TechBehemoths 2025 Awards. The other 50% is decided by the TechBehemoths jury, based on the following criteria:

  • Company exposure and engagement on the platform
  • Business profile strength
  • Client reviews
  • Portfolio
  • User Engagement with a profile
  • Profile Activity and Maintenance Frequency
  • Profile’s visibility on the platform
  • Business’ Profile visits
  • User interaction metrics
  • Project inquires
  • Time spent on the business profile
  • “Visit website” clicks
  • Total number of messages
  • Total number of project inquiries

The final results will be announced two days after the voting period ends, on the platform, via email, and across TechBehemoths’ social media channels. Both winners and participating voters will be notified through these channels.

Award Badge and Widget for Winners

Awarded companies will receive their unique official badge as both a widget and an image (available in SVG and PNG formats).

You can download all your official TechBehemoths Award badges in high resolution directly from your dashboard.

We recommend showcasing the badge or widget on your website, dedicated awards pages, employee email signatures, social media profiles, and in relevant articles.

Our 2025 survey showed that companies displaying the TechBehemoths Award badge are 73% more likely to sign a new client, turning recognition into business opportunities and stronger client trust.

What is the impact of widgets and badges on awards?

The award badge serves as proof of success in a transparent, community-led, client-focused voting process, an initiative uniquely championed in the tech industry by TechBehemoths.

Is Participation in the Awards Free of Charge?

Yes. Participation in the TechBehemoths Awards is completely free of charge for all eligible companies. There are no application fees, nomination fees, or hidden costs.

Every nominated company has the same opportunity to compete and win based on performance, visibility, and community support.

What Makes TechBehemoths Awards Different from Other Similar Events?

What sets the TechBehemoths Awards apart is the transparency of the process and the way companies are evaluated. Everything is based exclusively on meritocracy and real performance.

Recognition isn’t bought; it’s earned through real impact, trust, and results.

The TechBehemoths Awards are for everyone who builds, grows, and innovates with technology.
