Meet the Winners: Maxlence Consulting - TechBehemoths Awards 2025

Summary
What looks solid in the early stages often starts to crack under real growth. This conversation unpacks what it takes to build technology that actually holds under pressure — where simplicity, reliability, and execution matter more than adding something new.
Welcome to TechBehemoths’ Meet the Winners video interview series.
Introduce yourself and your company. What does your team specialize in?
Hi, I’m Shived Bansal from Maxlence Consulting in Australia. We work with businesses that are growing fast, but their systems aren’t, and we help them fix that.
What do you believe sets your company apart in your market or service category? What sets us apart?
We don’t try to look smart; we focus on what actually works. A lot of projects sound great on paper, but don’t hold up in execution. We build things that run and don’t break as businesses grow.
What does winning a TechBehemoths Award mean for your company's operations?
It’s a good moment for us. Most of the work we do isn’t visible publicly, so recognition like this is a reminder that it’s making an impact. We don’t take it as a finish line, it just sets a higher expectation for what we do next.
Who was your biggest client in 2025? And all the time?
One project that stands out was with a company that had already invested heavily in tech, but it wasn’t really working for them. Instead of adding more, we simplified what they had.
How has this recognition (both the Award itself and being part of TechBehemoths) impacted your team, clients, or plans for 2026?
Yes, there’s already a level of trust before we even begin. And internally, it’s a good checkpoint; it shows we’re moving in the right direction.
From your own experience, what advice would you give to companies that want to stand out in the tech industry?
I think a lot of companies overthink this. Standing out usually isn’t about doing something completely different; it’s about doing something well enough that people actually notice. Most of the time, that just comes down to doing good work consistently.
Thank you, Shived, for joining us and for being part of Meet the Winners.
