Meet the Winners: MAX Digital - TechBehemoths Awards 2025

Summary

This interview goes beyond theory and into real execution, how to react when traffic suddenly drops, how to prioritize fixes that actually move the needle, and why clarity matters more than long reports.

It also reflects on how independent recognition builds confidence, both for clients and for the team, as they prepare for the next stage of growth.

Welcome to TechBehemoths’ Meet the Winners video interview series.

Today, we speak with the team behind MAX Digital, a Bulgaria-based agency specializing in Technical SEO and performance-driven marketing. The team shares how data validation, structured execution, and business-focused priorities guide their work — and what earning their first TechBehemoths Award represents for their growth and positioning.

Introduce yourself and your company. What does your team specialize in?

1. My name is Borislav Donchev. I am the Founder and CEO of MAX Digital, a digital marketing agency based in Bulgaria.

We help businesses grow with SEO and performance-driven marketing. Our strongest area is Technical SEO. We handle severe issues that result in sudden drops in traffic and sales. My team also deals with recovery from search engine penalties and hacker attacks.

We work with service companies and e-commerce brands. We also handle large-scale SEO projects, including websites with millions of pages.

2. What do you believe sets your company apart in your market or service category?

We focus on measurable results and fast diagnosis. Many teams can produce a long audit. Fewer can find the real root cause, set priorities, and execute fixes without wasting months.

We take a direct approach. We validate issues with data, log files, and tests. We explain the problem in plain language. We propose steps that match the business goal.

A milestone that represents our work is managing complex SEO at scale. We have experience with projects above 10 million pages. That forces discipline in technical structure, crawl budget control, content planning, and monitoring.

3. What does winning a TechBehemoths Award mean for your company’s operations?

This is our first TechBehemoths Award after achieving multiple other recognitions from national and worldwide platforms. This award adds another independent signal that our work delivers. For my team, it is clear evidence of our experience and professionalism.

It also raises expectations. New visibility brings stronger prospects and tougher projects. We welcome that.

4. Who was your biggest client in 2025? And all the time?

We cannot name our biggest clients due to NDA agreements. But one of our most recent cases is how we managed to recover the traffic of a large-scale Magento website after moving to a new server. Larger agencies lacked our speed and focus, and while trying to upsell unrelated services, we gathered evidence and restored the traffic in the same week.

5. How has this recognition impacted your team, clients, or plans for 2026?

It strengthens trust in the first conversation. Awards reduce doubt for new clients who compare agencies. It also helps internally. The team feels proud, and it supports hiring. Good specialists want to work with teams that set high standards and show proof.

For 2026, we will scale in a controlled way. We will focus on fewer, better-fit clients. We will invest more in analytics, tracking quality, and conversion improvements. We want long-term partnerships, not short-term wins.

6. From your own experience, what advice would you give to companies that want to stand out in the tech industry?

My advice for companies that want to stand out in the industry is to build real expertise and prove it with outcomes. Keep communication simple. Clients need clarity, priorities and a plan they can follow.

Be transparent and build your reputation.

Thank you for joining us and for being part of Meet the Winners. We wish you continued success ahead.
