Hello Aman, welcome to TechBehemoths. Please tell us about yourself. Your childhood, education, up to professional development, and how did you come to the current stage?

As somebody entering a trip to development, reflecting on my childhood and educational journey puts many aspects of my life into perspective.

 I was born in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. As a child, I was always curious, constantly asking questions and seeking new knowledge. This drive to learn was likely an outcome of my upbringing, as my parents valued education highly and instilled that same value in me from a young age. Academically, I continued to perform well in J N V M Kanpur. I graduated (B.tech) from a highly competitive Jaipur National University, Jaipur.

 One of the most impactful experiences of my life thus far was a service trip I participated in during college time. We spent a week doing community service and learning about the city's history and culture. This trip opened my eyes to the power of service and the importance of understanding and respecting other cultures.

I am passionate about learning creative things and am always ready to execute them meaningfully. I started my career as a web developer and realized this is a vast market where I can effectively contribute excellent and quick solutions. I recognized my capability and thinking at the root level. I built my startup company Techgropse Pvt Ltd in 2015. I still have much to learn and experience, but I approach these challenges with an open mind and a willingness to grow. Through my academic studies and passions, I hope to impact the world around me positively and continue learning and growing throughout my life.

As the CEO of TechGropse, please tell us more about the agency, the team, and the work processes.

When I founded TechGropse, I aimed to build innovative applications for our valuable clients. At techGropse, we have a team of dedicated and highly skilled developers who are familiar with new technologies and trends. As a leading mobile app development company, we have years of experience building innovative and robust applications using blockchain, AI, AR/VR and flutter. 

We have a team of 200+ dedicated developers who build mobile applications and create innovative websites for various industries like healthcare, medical, finance etc. Once we take on a project, we first understand what our client wants from us, then make a strategy and designs, choose a framework and tech stack and implement the unique ideas into reality.

TechGropse mainly specialises in Custom App Development, Web Development, Emerging Technologies, and Mobile Game Development. Did you have this entire range of services in mind from the beginning, or were some introduced later?

We are all aware that it is not uncommon for IT industries to start with a core set of services and then expand their services over time in response to market demand, changes in technology and evolving requirements of their clients. Agencies always add new services as they identify new areas of opportunity. 

TechGropse also started with a focus on one or two areas of expertise, such as Android app development or custom app development and then gradually expanded into other areas, such as emerging technologies and mobile game development, AI app development, Blockchain development and many more as we gained experience and knowledge in those areas.

Moreover, it improves the user experience of software apps by providing personal recommendations and natural language processes.

AI also impacts TechGropse's work, but it can improve human beings because they have innovative solutions and unique ideas that AI doesn't have. What changes would you like to bring into the industry?

Over the years, technology has changed completely. As a CEO of a leading on demand mobile app development company, I want to adopt new technologies to build innovative solutions for our clients worldwide. We also want to bring innovation and collaboration, and improve data privacy and security. Moreover, we will invest in sustainability and also increase diversity. It not only helps us improve our services but also builds customer loyalty and helps us serve the best to our clients. 

Favorite vacation destination and Favorite dish

Dubai is my favourite country for vacation because it is known for its luxurious lifestyle, which includes high-end shopping, luxurious accommodations, and fine dining. Moreover, Dubai has a warm climate with year-round sunshine and beautiful beaches, as well as a variety of attractions and activities for visitors of all ages. 

Furthermore, Dubai has a rich cultural heritage reflected in its architecture, traditional market and museums. 

My favourite dish is Tarte Tatin. Combining caramelized apples and buttery pastry creates a delicious contrast in textures and flavours. The apples are sweet and soft, while the pastry is crispy and buttery, which is enough to make the mouth water.  

If you had the chance to go back in time, what advice would you give to Aman Mishra from 2013? 

If I could travel back in time, I would like to give myself the advice to trust my abilities and have confidence in my decisions. Don’t let fear or self-doubt hold you back from pursuing your dreams.
