Zaiq is an AI engineering studio founded in Johannesburg, South Africa by Adam Sacharowitz, a software engineer and Information Engineering student at the University of the Witwatersrand. Zaiq was built on a single conviction: the gap between a business problem and a working AI solution does not need to be measured in weeks or months. At Zaiq, we close that gap in a day.

We operate across the full AI toolkit. That means frontier language models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Meta, combined with voice synthesis, image generation, video production, autonomous agents and workflow automation. We do not train our own models. Instead, we aim the sharpest AI systems on earth at real business problems and ship working software that generates measurable results.

Our production systems prove the approach. We built and deployed an AI Search Growth System that monitors where a business appears inside the generative answers of ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity, then engineers that positioning upward through targeted content and structural optimisation. We created an AI Visibility Audit that benchmarks a brand's presence across AI-driven search in hours rather than weeks. Our Campaign Engine has been validated against 28 of South Africa's leading restaurants, generating AI-powered marketing content at a pace and consistency that no traditional agency can match. We shipped an AI Workstation that combines five frontier cloud models with private local models inside a single Electron interface, giving teams a secure, unified environment for daily AI work. We built Explorable AI Worlds rendered in WebGL, bringing interactive, generative experiences to the browser. We produced a Video Pipeline that generates cited, captioned short-form videos from a single command and has shipped 27 episodes.

Zaiq's technical depth spans Python, generative AI, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Microsoft Azure, cloud automation and WebGL. We have a track record in agentic AI through hands-on work as an AI and software engineering intern at Global Micro Solutions, a Microsoft Solutions Partner operating across Azure, Microsoft 365 and agentic AI deployments.
