- I had a very good experience with the WP team! I had a big issue on our company website and I was expecting to get a lot of “headaches” having to deal with an IT support team. On the contrary, this Team was not only responsive but they made sure to communicate the issue, gave me timely updates, and relentlessly worked to fix the problem. It took a team of developers to finally fix it but everyone brought their A-Game to the table to make sure they delivered an excellent service as promised. This team has been the BEST so far from my experience with other IT support, so keep it up and more power to WP!
- This company is really great! Had a BIG issue with my site that they resolved really quickly ! They are also extremely good at getting back to you right away when you ask questions, as a small business owner this is key and much appreciated. I highly recommend them, I'm so happy that I found them . Also during C_19 they have been really understanding about peoples finances and have dropped their rates accordingly. In my opinion they understand customer service are excellent at what they do and are a progressive company that I'm happy to have as part of my team! Thank you for all you do WP Tech Support!!
