Tiedata is a managed IT support and cyber security provider based in Ripley, Derbyshire, supporting businesses across the East Midlands since 1979.

How we work is as important as what we do. Prices are published and banded per user, per month. Support performance figures are published. Scope, responsibilities and chargeable work are agreed in writing before delivery. We have no salespeople — advice comes from the engineers who do the work.
