- WOW! I have been a client of Telco ICT for over a year and have enjoyed their friendly professionalism and assistance helping my business transition to NBN from a Sales & Support perspective. Yesterday's Technical Service, however, was above and beyond any tech service I've ever received. Ever. After spending 5 days dealing directly with Telstra Corp to sort out our phone lines and Internet which unexpectedly went down and getting no resolution despite approx 20 hours of wasted time either on hold or speaking to someone who couldn't help, I spoke with the team at Telco ICT who instantly understood my frustration and stress, and took control of the situation. The team, specifically Kunal, Leon & Leah worked after hours directly with Telstra to diagnose the problem, and arranging a solution to be put in place. I cannot recommend this team more - if you're one of the many customers who've experienced ongoing poor customer service from Telstra Corp, I highly recommend engaging Telco ICT for your needs, especially Tech Service and they will handle it all for you - meaning you can focus on running your business.
