- It's a total mess. The call backs are endless. We've been with them for more than eight years, but every time we call it's like they've never serviced our account. Total train wreck lately, nothing but band-aids. They keep their best techs way too busy and leave the rest of us to suffer. Even for simple new user setups. Imagine cold calling every time you needed help. It's an office joke now really. They won't respond if you try to let them know either. This is being posted as a last resort, we are already researching other services. I'd keep moving along unless your are a mega size corporation, school, or similar. Update 01-29-21: Account Management Team never did reach out. We've since canceled our service with Spectrum Technologies.
