optimIT GmbH is an owner-managed IT service provider headquartered in Saarbrücken, Germany. Since 2009, we have helped small and medium-sized businesses build IT environments that are secure, stable and easier to manage. Our roots reach back to 1998, giving our team more than two decades of practical experience with business-critical systems and long-term customer relationships.

We combine consulting, implementation and ongoing operations. Instead of treating IT as a series of isolated repairs, we create clear standards and take responsibility for day-to-day reliability. Our services include IT assessment and strategy, managed services, IT flat-rate models, Microsoft 365, network and server infrastructure, monitoring, patch management, backup and recovery, firewall solutions, cybersecurity, documentation and end-user support.

A second focus is healthcare IT. Through our subsidiary optimIT Medical Care GmbH in Leipzig, the group supports medical practices and care centers with practice infrastructure, CGM ALBIS and TURBOMED, telematics infrastructure, cybersecurity and operational support. This combination of general IT operations and sector-specific healthcare knowledge allows us to address both technical and organizational requirements.

Across the group, more than 20 specialists support over 450 customers and manage more than 2,000 systems.
