And after we had become acquainted with the reviews about the company in public sources, we decided to cooperate with this company. We agreed with OnHires that they would help us hire 7 specialists: a Blockchain Specialist, 3 Software Developers (junior, 1 middle and 1 senior), 1 QA, 1 SEO, and a Product Manager. To accomplish this task, 3 OnHires’ workers were allocated, who made up the project team. Then, the company’s two recruiters and one sourcer began searching for and selecting candidates that met our requirements. The work process was accompanied by active sourcing, selecting candidates for further interviews, and regular exchange of information between our representatives and the project team.
