I met OBI over 2 years ago and I simply can't image doing business without them. They have truly turned into a team that feels like family and not an organization of VAs. They assist me with so many marketing tasks, but my favorite support is found within video editing, photo editing, graphic design, digital product creation, and landing page buildouts. Their design team and editors are truly better than most I have found locally. If the team needs training, they take training very well specific to your own SOPs and they also do a great job of testing SOPs and finding gaps to make them better. The team has helped me with many other tasks like email support, list building, marketing automations, and even beginning to help a new client of ours with their quickbooks support. I can't speak highly enough of this team!
