Nawa is a commercial growth consultancy serving the UAE, Oman and KSA. We build sales systems, lead commercial teams and deliver revenue, embedded inside our clients' businesses and accountable to the outcome.

We work with businesses across the UAE, Oman and KSA that have real revenue potential but are losing it to inconsistent sales, wasted marketing spend and broken commercial systems. Nawa is headquartered in Abu Dhabi and operates across the United Arab Emirates, the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our work is built around the specific commercial realities of these markets, government procurement frameworks, ICV scoring, Emiratisation requirements, KSA Etimad processes, GCC buyer behaviour and the operational challenges of scaling B2B businesses in the region. We work with UAE founders building from Abu Dhabi and Dubai, Omani SMEs preparing for growth, and Saudi businesses positioning for Vision 2030 opportunities. Engagements are delivered on the ground, in person where the work requires it.

Nawa was founded by Noah, a commercial operator with over a decade of experience at Sales Director, Business Development Director and CMO level. Nawa exists because most consultancies deliver advice. Noah built Nawa to deliver outcomes.
