Morphsites review
Morphsites designed a new website for us which went live in June 2020 and we have an ongoing support package with them. They were great throughout the whole process of building the site as we are not very tech savvy and it was a relatively complicated brief. The site has been very stable with few problems and has been pretty easy for us to manage. We haven't got involved in SEO etc work yet which they can also do but it is something we'd like to look at in the future. My only issue is that sometimes we have to wait longer than we'd like for some of the work to be done and have to chase them up a bit but I think this is just due to the volume of work they have sometimes. Billing is clear and transparent and staff are lovely and friendly and professional. I was very touched when Pete sent me flowers recently when I was diagnosed with an illness which I think says a lot about the company and its ethos and would highly recommend them. -
