That single price covers six pillars: 24/7 monitoring and security; Microsoft 365 administration; backup and recovery to immutable storage with tested restores; communications (VoIP, email and collaboration); desktop and end-user support staffed by technicians in Centurion and Rustenburg; and network and infrastructure management. Clients also receive a monthly health report, a named account manager, and a documented SLA with sub-1-hour response on logged incidents.

MiBOT is ISO 27001 certified, with internal processes independently audited to the international standard for information security — which matters for regulated businesses in law, accounting, healthcare and financial services facing POPIA obligations.
