Frustrating and disappointing
I hired Lead Gravity for a digital marketing project. Overall, my experience with them was frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend their services. Their service was a joke. They were all gung-ho at the start, but when things got real, they vanished like a ghost. When you're in the middle of a big project, you can't just go MIA. And when they finally did get back to me, the work they delivered was subpar at best. It was like they just threw something together last minute and hoped I wouldn't notice. Save your money and your sanity, sometimes it's better to pay more. -
Subpar Services
From our initial interactions, Lead Gravity promised a customer-centric approach, creative marketing strategies, and 24/7 support, which proved far from our actual experience. Their communication was infrequent and often delayed, contrary to the constant assistance they assured. The quality of the content provided was underwhelming. The strategies and content lacked originality and felt out-of-touch with our business objectives. When we provided feedback and requested revisions, the agency showed little initiative to adjust their approach to better meet our expectations. Perhaps the most detrimental experience was when they failed to deliver on a crucial campaign timeline. Our investment of resources and trust in Lead Gravity felt like a scam when they failed to deliver the promised results.
