From our Dallas headquarters, ITECS helps businesses keep technology dependable while planning their next improvements. Brian Desmot founded the company in 2002. Today, our 22-person team works with organizations across Dallas–Fort Worth on managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud services, business continuity and IT consulting.

For organizations that want an external IT team or additional capacity alongside internal staff, we provide managed and co-managed services. Work can include help desk support, monitoring and patching, Microsoft 365 administration, and network and server management. vCIO consulting connects day-to-day needs with technology planning.

Security engagements address the agreed scope through measures such as endpoint and email protection, identity controls, vulnerability assessments, managed detection and response, and incident-response coordination. Cloud hosting and migration, backup and recovery planning help clients prepare for operational disruption.

ITECS.ai extends this work into AI adoption. We help teams assess readiness, establish governance, train staff, implement agents and integrations, and maintain AI-enabled workflows.
