IT Partner Verified Company

Most companies buy Microsoft 365 from whoever answered the phone first, then discover that the reseller invoices but does not engineer. IT Partner was built the other way round. We have been a Microsoft partner since 2006 and a cloud partner since 2010, and the licences we sell are the smaller part of the relationship: the larger part is the work that makes them do something.

Three kinds of work, mostly. Consolidations: a group buys a company, or sells a division, and two or more Microsoft 365 tenants have to become one, or one has to be split, without a day when mail stops. Our largest was seventeen tenants into one for a healthcare group in Australia, in three months. Migrations: from Google Workspace, from another tenant, from Exchange and file servers in a back room; the largest single move was three thousand users and twenty-four terabytes with no planned downtime. And security: Intune, Entra ID, Conditional Access, Defender, set up properly rather than left in the default state that most tenants live in, plus phishing simulations that show a management board who in the company would click.

Around that, licensing done honestly. Every price we charge is published on our site next to Microsoft's list price; every one of our Partner IDs can be checked on Microsoft's own Partner Finder; and when a client does not need to buy anything, we say so. We hold five of the six Microsoft Solutions Partner designations — Security, Modern Work, Infrastructure, Digital and App Innovation, Data and AI — and Microsoft named us its EMEA Operations partner of the year in 2014.

Five legal entities — in Estonia for the EU and UK, the UAE, Australia, Canada and Hong Kong — mean a group with offices in several countries gets local invoices in local currency from one engineering team. We work with legal entities only, there is no minimum contract, and a first reply comes within four business hours.
