Intuitive IT is a Melbourne managed IT provider for professional services firms with 10 to 200 staff. Most of our clients are accounting practices, wealth and fund managers, law firms and recruitment agencies: firms where client data is the business, and where partners want IT explained in terms of risk, cost and decisions.
What we do
We run your IT for a fixed fee per person per month, with unlimited support from engineers based in our Melbourne CBD office. A 24/7 Security Operations Centre watches staff devices and Microsoft 365 sign-ins around the clock. A vCIO meets your leadership team with a written report on risk, roadmap and spend. We’re SMB1001 Gold certified and a CyberCert partner, and we take clients through SMB1001 certification mapped to the Essential Eight. We also run Microsoft 365 migrations and Copilot readiness assessments.

Jim & Ella performed excellently under tight timeframes to guide us through a web build from scratch. Guiding us through the process in a very friendly non-techy way to create a fabulous looking website that we are all very proud of. They really are highly professional and fabulous at what they do. I wont be going anywhere else for my next web build!
