The collaboration enabled us to move from an early-stage concept and workflow planning phase into a functional pre-launch infrastructure for our digital health platform. Instinctools not only implemented the specification, but they also added all the small, helpful HMI elements that makes the interface a pleasure to use. These elements were not included in our outline specification. They also added error checking and messages to make the system robust.
