I was one of those people who knew what I liked but couldn't put it into words as clearly as I wanted to, Len listened and more importantly heard and understood what I wanted, the look and feel for the site that I was after and he exceeded my expectations. Len is responsive and timely, and his work with me creating our logo was fantastic and it's gotten rave reviews. As our business evolves we tweak and change things on the site regularly and Len is very responsive to our requests. Len is our Go-to guy for web and logo design and management.
