- Used their podpoint EV charger during the day. Needed it in the evening, though, and cars that were not charging were parked in the charging bays.
- this company has worked with Green Duck and the people within the company for many many years. I have been happy with the service received. Every company has it's flaws, but every problem I have had so far has been corrected and sorted out in a timely manor.
- Dreadful company to work with, tickets are raised but never completed and calls in to support team aren't dealt with seriously. For over a month we had an issue with our reception phone, people couldn't hear us correctly and we were passed between the departments. When we set up our other offices we used Convergence Communications in Ely, their support is far superior than what Green Duck offer.
- Our company have been working with Green Duck on numerous projects for many years. We've grown quite quickly and Green Duck have adapted to our changing needs with ease. It's great to have the peace of mind knowing that they're there to help when we need them and the advice they've given us has been instrumental in our success. - My company started working with Green Duck a number of years ago. At the beginning of our terms with Green Duck we had excellent results, the company were very personal. OK so sometimes they were very sloppy in contact, but at least they cared. In recent months we have been met with grumpy and clearly overworked IT staff. We are literally told what we will have and when we will have it - Hey we pay the bill here! The billing over the past couple of months has been very disappointing. We have not been billed for items, however we still paid them. We notified the Finance team of this, but they ignored us and continued to allocate our payments to the incorrect invoices. I don't understand what has happened to this company and why. But really it isn't giving a good service. I notice on their website they have their 'What we have done section'. Who cares when you just promote the clients you care about. What about the small guys like us who pay the bills. I would be very interested to speak to these people. For a company who created websites but actually was horrific at supporting ours, their website is appalling.
