GoldinKollar is a Cairo-based People & Culture consultancy, set up in 2025 to work with HR and People & Culture leaders in Egypt, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Qatar. We work in both Arabic and English.
Our work covers five connected areas: internal communication, employee experience, employee engagement, organizational culture and employer branding.
Every project runs through five steps: Measure, Strategize, Implement, Document and Transfer. We measure what is really happening inside the organization, plan the fix with the client, build it beside their team, and document it so they can prove it worked.
Our methods combine behavioral science, AI and gamification. We also build our own tools: the GK Engagement Survey; Viton, voice-first surveys in Arabic and English; PRISM, a career assessment for students in MENA; and IRIS, anonymous, on-device audience measurement for events.
