I regret using the name dot com of GMO Internet. A contract screen that misleads you into thinking that the monthly usage fee is always 0 yen. One month after using the service, I noticed that I was charged a fee. Be fooled because it's free for the first month. I should have checked the reviews here before signing. - A company that is not worth the star 1. I had a contract for Wi-Fi and had a free repair option, but when I sent it to the company because the terminal broke down (behavior was strange and the power finally stopped working), I could not confirm the internal damage, so I guarantee it. It is out of scope. There is no power supply, so there is no way to check it. When I complained about the above matter, the usage fee was deducted for one year after that, even though I contacted the cancellation. An email from the customer center said, "If you do not agree to pay the penalty, we will not accept the cancellation." This correspondence while knowing that the terminal is out of order and cannot be used. I notified the Consumer Center.
