Good is ok, but it seems that something very important is missing on the company profile. GMO Internet may be a good company to work with. It requires a little more attention and research from your side, as they don't have reviews and portfolio items just yet.. Do your due diligence before contracting GMO Internet.

I regret using the name dot com of GMO Internet. A contract screen that misleads you into thinking that the monthly usage fee is always 0 yen. One month after using the service, I noticed that I was charged a fee. Be fooled because it's free for the first month. I should have checked the reviews here before signing.

A company that is not worth the star 1. I had a contract for Wi-Fi and had a free repair option, but when I sent it to the company because the terminal broke down (behavior was strange and the power finally stopped working), I could not confirm the internal damage, so I guarantee it. It is out of scope. There is no power supply, so there is no way to check it. When I complained about the above matter, the usage fee was deducted for one year after that, even though I contacted the cancellation. An email from the customer center said, "If you do not agree to pay the penalty, we will not accept the cancellation." This correspondence while knowing that the terminal is out of order and cannot be used. I notified the Consumer Center.

I deeply regret that I unknowingly took the domain with your name.com two years ago. The UI, which is designed to prevent domain transfer with that skill, no longer feels even artistic. This company is the best if you think of a UI that does not let people reach their goals. There is basically no good point in advertising transactions. If you have any good points, please let me know.

A company doing fraudulent commercial law on your name.com. The online advertisement says "domain acquisition is free !!" and induces registration, but in reality, domain acquisition and server acquisition are different things (this is not understood by first-time users. At the same time, they are forced to register), and credit card registration is also possible. If you open the lid, you will be charged a little less than 2000 yen per month. Moreover, since the server contract cannot be canceled unconditionally for up to 3 months, the result is 6000 yen or more. I couldn't stand it, so I deleted the credit card registration and made a bank transfer to make it unpaid. Then you will receive an email like this. ————— This time, we will make the following request by "bank transfer". We were waiting for payment by the month of using the service, but at this point I have not confirmed it. If payment cannot be confirmed, payment will be made to our designated contractor from the following month. Please note that we may outsource the guidance work. In addition, you may be required to pay late damages based on the contract terms. Thank you for your understanding. ————— It is a good anti-social force that not only commits fraudulent commercial law but also threatens. Please be careful about your name dot com. If you have registered, delete your credit card information and make a bank transfer.

One of the worst company in Japan. I purchased a VPS, terrible connection and bad support. Useless.
