- They are always friendly, always professional, and always solve my problems! I couldn't be happier with the service!
- Katharine was fantastic and more importantly she was persistent in getting the issue taken care of!
- General Informatics is fantastic! They quickly and expertly handle all our IT needs. Highly recommend and would give more than 5 stars if possible.
- Our small business is SO happy we switched to GenInf, after struggling for years with our previous IT support service. Complicated setups were immediately made easier to use and understand, and support has been top notch. Also - thank goodness they brought us into the modern era with seamless remote work capabilities, so we didn't skip a beat transitioning to work from home during Covid-19.
- Katherine was superb! I cannot say enough good things about the service she provided. She spent a number of hours over 3 days (including getting a Dell tech to change the motherboard of my laptop) and she got my computer up and running again. I couldn't be happier!!!
