Evolfe is an IT support and managed services provider based in Victoria, central London. We work with organisations that depend on their technology every day but have no IT department of their own: small and mid-sized businesses, teams working out of coworking and flexible offices, independent schools, and individual professionals who still need someone to call when something stops working.

Our work is organised in three layers. Resolve is the reactive one: laptops that will not boot, accounts nobody can get into, email that has stopped arriving, files that appear to be gone. We handle it remotely first and attend on site across central London when a problem needs hands on it.

Prevent is the layer most small businesses never reach: device and network monitoring, patching, endpoint security, structured onboarding and offboarding of staff, and backups that are tested rather than assumed. Most emergencies we are called to were preventable weeks earlier.

Evolve is process work: we audit how a business actually operates, find the repetitive tasks people have quietly accepted, and remove them through automation and, where it genuinely helps, AI tooling. We build and run those systems inside our own business before putting them in front of a client.

We work remotely first, with on-site cover across Greater London and UK-wide attendance for larger engagements. Our pricing is published openly on our website, with pay-as-you-go, fixed-price project and monthly per-user subscription options. That is still unusual in IT support and, in our view, the right way round.

Evolfe grew out of Fixfactor, a London repair business that has worked on the city's laptops, phones and tablets since 2014, including component-level board repair and data recovery. That is where our engineering standards come from, and it means hardware failure is something we fix rather than something we hand off.

We also know the shared-office environment from the inside, because we run from one ourselves. Flexible offices solve desks, meeting rooms and Wi-Fi. They do not solve your backups, your security posture or your ageing fleet of laptops. That gap is where we work.
