Ctrl Alt Solutions provides onsite IT field services and subcontracting across Metro Adelaide for managed service providers and national IT teams that need reliable and local hands without maintaining a presence in Adelaide. We work as a white-label extension of your team. We follow your processes, work in your ticketing system, represent your brand in front of your client, and report back clearly after every job. Your client never needs to know we are a subcontractor.

Our field work covers on-site break-fix and technical support, hardware installation and rollouts, network and connectivity troubleshooting, remote hands and smart hands, POS terminal deployment, site surveys and asset audits, office decommissioning, and end user training.

We currently provide Adelaide field support for IT providers based in Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, Hong Kong and India. Recent work includes a two-day asset survey documenting 248 individual assets across a corporate site for a consultancy managing the decommission from overseas, and ongoing multi-site kiosk deployment and maintenance for an interstate provider.

We hold $20 million public liability and $1 million professional indemnity insurance, with certificates of currency available on request, and we work under NDA as standard.

Ctrl Alt Solutions is Square certified through in-person training, and is the only operator in South Australia offering Square point-of-sale support as a service.

We are deliberately small. The same technicians attend every job, so your client sees a familiar face rather than a rotating pool of contractors. We are not ACMA cabler registered and do not hold a South Australian security licence, so fixed cabling and licensed CCTV installation sit outside our scope. We will tell you that before we quote rather than after we arrive on site.
