Первым делом не показывали презентации, а два дня просидели у нас в диспетчерской. Смотрели, как операторы заявки принимают, куда записывают, где теряется информация. Задавали нормальные вопросы. Когда что-то пошло не так, приехали, разобрались, поправили. Без доплат и танцев с бубном. Работают по-человечески и делают то, что обещают. Для нашей сферы это уже редкость.

Our company processes hundreds of client questionnaires daily. Ten countries, thirteen offices, one thousand employees — and all of this hinges on paper forms that someone has to enter into the system. Manually. Character by character. Imagine: an employee spends four hours a day transferring information from scanned documents into the CRM. Four hours daily on work that a machine can do. Now multiply that by the number of offices. It turns out — we were paying people to be printers in reverse. We tried standard OCR solutions. They only recognized text written in perfectly uniform Times New Roman 12-point font. Everything else — missed. Handwritten text and mixed languages weren't recognized. When we reached out to the team at CREEX, honestly, we didn't expect much. A small team from Russia, an interesting portfolio, but not impressive in scale. But already at the first meeting, it became clear — they think differently. Instead of selling us a ready-made solution, they spent two days studying our actual questionnaires. They looked at the handwriting of a nurse from Bangalore, at printed forms with watermarks from Singapore, at hastily filled-out surveys from clients in Los Angeles. They didn't try to fit our task to their product — they created a product for our task. Development took twelve weeks. During this time, the CREEX team: Trained a neural network to recognize 12 languages and 47 different formats of our questionnaires. Implemented a validation system that automatically checks the accuracy of extracted data — names are cross-referenced with the database, phone numbers undergo format verification, addresses are matched with geolocation. Made the integration with our CRM so smooth that even the IT department was shocked by the deployment speed. Added machine learning functionality — the system becomes smarter with each processed questionnaire. Our employees stopped hating Mondays. Instead of mechanically entering numbers, they engage in analysis, consult clients, and solve non-standard situations. The work became more interesting — people became happier. And happy employees make clients happy. What impressed us was the CREEX team's attitude toward the process. When in the third week after launch we encountered a problem recognizing questionnaires from the Philippines — the handwriting there is specific, with elements of the Spanish writing tradition — the team didn't say "this wasn't in the scope of work." Отличная разработка Telegram-бота: быстро, прозрачно, результат выше ожиданий
Заказывал у CREEX TEAM разработку Telegram-бота для приёма заявок и записи на услуги. С первой консультации команда чётко разобрала задачу, предложила несколько сценариев пользовательского пути и прислала понятное ТЗ. На этапе прототипа мы быстро согласовали логику и структуру меню, инлайн-кнопки и тексты. Технически сделали всё на высоком уровне: бот на Python (aiogram), подключили вебхуки, настроили БД (PostgreSQL), сделали простую админ-панель для рассылок, промокодов и ручной модерации заявок. Есть интеграция с Google Sheets для выгрузки статистики, раздельные роли (админ/менеджер), UTM-метки и авто-логирование ошибок. Порадовала стабильность — бот пережил рекламные всплески без падений, анти-флуд и очередь сообщений спасают от спама. Коммуникация удобная: общий чат проекта, задачи в трекере, демо по спринтам. На правки реагировали быстро, аргументированно объясняли, где стоит упростить, чтобы ускорить запуск. Сроки: MVP — за ~2 недели, ещё неделя на полировку и контент. Документация есть: краткая инструкция, видео-гайд для сотрудников и чек-лист по запуску рассылок. Передали код в репозиторий, настроили сервер и бэкапы. По результату: время обработки заявок сократилось больше чем вдвое, конверсия из клика в заявку выросла (за счёт понятного сценария и автоподсказок), стало проще проводить акции — рассылки и сегментация работают как надо. В целом — это редкий случай, когда получил именно тот продукт, который хотел, без «сюрпризов» и с запасом по качеству.
