The client urgently needed to automate updates of stock quantities and prices between their own database and the “MoySklad” system. The main goal was to update data every 3 hours with stock consolidation across virtual warehouses (Saint Petersburg and Moscow). The solution had to be deployed quickly, without a detailed technical specification, but allowing future enhancements.

Solution
We developed and implemented a C# script to automatically synchronize stock and prices between the internal database and MoySklad via REST API. The script runs every 3 hours, consolidates data by virtual warehouses (SPB and MSK), includes error handling with logging and optional notifications (Telegram/Email). The solution comes with documentation and supports future upgrades such as adding new warehouses or product filters.
