CARE is a Singapore managed service provider that has looked after the IT of local small and mid-sized businesses since 2007. We are not a reseller with a helpdesk bolted on: the engineering team runs client infrastructure day to day, and the same people who design a setup are the ones who keep it alive.

Two things shape how we work. The first is a preventive bias. We instrument what we manage so that errors and warnings are picked up and resolved before a user raises a ticket, which is why our clients tend to measure us on incidents that never happened rather than on response times alone. The second is that security is not a separate product line. CARE holds two Cyber Security Agency of Singapore licences, for Penetration Testing (CS/PTS/C-2022-0135RR) and Managed SOC (CS/SOC/C-2022-0116RR), and is a CSA partner under the Internet Hygiene Programme with API access to the IHP platform. The same team that patches your servers understands how they get attacked.

Our engineers are certified and join with at least two years of hands-on experience, because SME environments are unforgiving of people still learning on the job. Governance is independently checked: we are certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security and ISO 9001:2015 for quality management, hold MTCS SS 584:2020 Level 2 for an E-Ticketing System delivered as SaaS, and are a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Infrastructure and for Digital and App Innovation.

Typical engagements cover managed IT support and outsourcing, cloud migration and management, network and endpoint security, backup and recovery, and cybersecurity testing. Clients come to us when an internal one-person IT function has outgrown itself, or when a compliance obligation suddenly makes informal arrangements untenable.
