Most of our work is continuous rather than project-based: we operate as the ongoing IT and security department for our managed clients, which means hundreds of resolved tickets and dozens of scheduled maintenance, patching, and security review cycles every month. On top of that, we deliver roughly 35 scoped projects a year — cloud migrations, network and cabling builds, office moves, phone system deployments, and penetration tests — most of them for existing managed clients.

Boom Logic works on recurring managed-service agreements rather than one-off projects. Clients are billed a flat monthly rate per user or endpoint under Boom 365 plans, with a 12-month baseline term and a 10-endpoint minimum. Our best-fit clients run 25 to several hundred endpoints across healthcare, legal, and nonprofit organizations. Project work — network builds, cloud migrations, cabling, penetration testing — is scoped and quoted separately, and every engagement starts with a free security assessment so the proposal reflects the actual environment.

Accountability without excuses. One partner owns the outcome. When something breaks, we don't point at another vendor — there isn't one. Security is the baseline, not an upsell. Every client gets 24/7 SOC monitoring and endpoint protection as part of the plan, because the organizations we serve can't afford to treat it as optional. Predictable over clever. Flat-rate pricing, documented environments, and boring, well-tested infrastructure. Our clients should never be surprised by an invoice or an outage. Long relationships. Some of our clients have been with us since 2008. We'd rather earn a renewal than win a new logo.
