TechBehemoths 2023 Awards - What is It and How It Works?

Traditionally, at the end of each year, TechBehemoths awards and recognizes the best IT companies worldwide based on their yearly performance, visibility, trust, delivery capabilities, and engagement with their audiences. 

The third edition of the Information and Technology 2023-Awards comes in a new format and is split into two stages: 

1. Nomination - done by TechBehemoths

2. Voting - done by your old and new clients

2023 Awards Nomination Process

Companies across 43 countries covering 20 most in-demand tech services besides delivering outstanding quality to their clients and moving forward in the tech industry, have made in the past year considerable efforts to improve their visibility, position, and delivery capacities through TechBehemoths. Their efforts are reflected in how they progress based on their profile strength. On November 5th, 2023, all companies that rank in the top positions in their primary locations and provide the specified services are eligible to become nominees.

At the same time, the list of services for which companies were nominated originates in what nominees specialize most. For example, if a nominated company stated a higher percentage for specific provided services, compared to others - the selection methodology prioritizes exactly those services. It is important to highlight that eligible companies were announced and invited to edit their profiles on TechBehemoths, 3 weeks before the nomination event. The services on which companies were nominated for the TechBehemoths 2023 Awards are definitive and cannot be changed. 

Becoming a nominee equals being able to receive and get votes from your clients and business network, and compete for the 2023 Awards itself. But only the voting results will determine which companies are the TechBehemoths 2023 Awards winners. 

2023 Awards Voting Process

The voting process will start on November 7, 2023, and will bring together more than 3800 IT companies across 48 countries in front of their audiences, clients, business networks, employees, and regular users who have a word to say about their performance. 

The voting will start on November 7, and end on December 15, 2023

To ensure an authentic experience and impartial voting results, only 1 vote per user is allowed. Users will be able to take back their votes at any point of the voting process if they voted by mistake or changed their minds. On top of that, both registered and guest users will be able to cast their vote on the platform with the condition of confirming their vote through email. 

 

As the tech sector is one of the least geographically bound, users can choose their favorite company regardless of their location or the location companies currently compete. This means that voters’ location can be any country or territory, and not necessarily coincide with the list of nominated countries where companies reside.

The current voting methodology reveals that once a company receives 1 vote for a specific service, it will expand on all other services the company is nominated for. However, 1 company can compete only in one location (their current HQ) and on a maximum of 3 service pages. 

Only email-validated votes will be counted.

The voting results will be announced on the platform, via email, and on social media, 2 days after the voting process ends. Both award winners and participating voters will be informed through the above-mentioned channels

Companies that earn the largest number of votes and match our performance criteria will be granted the corresponding awards, 

Widgets and Badges

To give equal chances in the race for the 2023 TechBehemoths Awards, the widgets will be divided into two types:

• Widgets for nominated companies to gather votes 

  • That can be found in the company dashboard by nominees between November 6 - December 15th

• Widgets for awarded companies

  • That will be available after the voting process ends in the corresponding companies’ dashboards on TechBehemoths

Both widgets will be available in the company’s dashboard of each nominated/awarded vendor. All nominated companies will have access to their voting widgets starting November 7th. Awarded companies will be able to integrate their widgets after the awards results are announced, but not later than December 20, 2023. 

At the same time, nominated companies will automatically receive their voting widget on their company profile page on TechBehemoths in a visible manner for the entire duration of the voting period. To amplify the chances to win the 2023 TechBehemoths awards, nominated companies are strongly encouraged to integrate the voting widget into their websites and share their unique voting link across their business and social networks, employees, and clients. 

Voting widgets will have a fundamental impact on a nominee’s road to success, alongside TechBehemoths profile strength algorithm. 

Awarded companies, on the other hand, will be granted their corresponding badge both as a widget and as an image (SVG, PNG).

Awarded companies that display their award badge or widget on their websites, will also be highlighted in the listing pages on the platform. 

It is also advised to display the awards badge/widget in employees' email signatures, dedicated awards pages, social media pages, and articles. It is proof of being a winner in a transparent, community-based, and client-oriented voting process that took place for the first time in the tech industry on TechBehemoths. 

Awards Partners

A restraint list of tech companies that have a proven track record and expertise in the field has been invited as TechBehemoths Awards Partners. Award partners don’t compete in the voting process and do not interfere in the awarding process. 

Awards Partners are companies capable, willing, and committed to spreading the word about TechBehemoths Awards. They play the role of brand ambassadors for this year’s awards.
