During this time, they enjoyed prominent exposure, high visibility in search rankings, and access to project leads, all without ever being charged or asked for anything in return. This support was based on mutual trust and the expectation of professionalism and transparency.

However, in mid-2025, we discovered serious violations of our community standards. Upon auditing reviews on their profile, we found a large number of fabricated and/or suspicious reviews, clearly intended to manipulate both the platform’s algorithm and potential clients’ perception of their company. Our Attempt to Resolve the Issue Peacefully

In line with our standard procedures, we approached Ammar Hashim, the representative of Safnah IT Services, with a clear and calm request for clarification. Our intent was never punitive. We merely asked for an explanation, hoping to resolve the matter swiftly and professionally. The clarification should have taken no more than 15 minutes in total and resulted in republishing the profile back live.

Unfortunately, this approach was met not with cooperation, but with aggression and hostility. Instead of providing clarification, Mr. Hashim escalated the situation, launching a defensive tirade that quickly turned threatening and abusive.

• "you wanna play rough with me?"

• “...fix that vital mistake you've done but you refused because of you(r) cubic head!”

• “You need to start learning respect!”

• “Well if I don’t see an apology listed on your site because of this (Ed. Note - removing profile) I will take other actions toward this! Next time learn to communicate before taking useless harmful actions like this! (Ed. Note - removing profile)”

• “Well, tell me why is that listed on my account on your website then (Your company has been rejected. Check your email for more details!) and who done that which employee in your company, I want a full name + Why! Afterwards we may open clear blank slate.”

These messages speak for themselves. What should have been a short conversation to clarify and correct a policy violation turned into an attempt to intimidate us, demanding employee names and launching baseless accusations.

When those values are violated, especially through threats and psychological intimidation, we have a duty to inform and protect our users, partners, and the wider tech community.

We strongly advise anyone considering working with Safnah IT Services or Mr. Ammar Hashim to exercise extreme caution. The moment you challenge their conduct or raise valid concerns, your experience may quickly deteriorate, just as ours did.

We will continue to stand firm against unethical behaviour. Manipulation, threats, and abuse have no place in the global tech ecosystem.
