Welcome to TechBehemoths’ Meet the Winners video interview series.

Today, we speak with SocialDrum, a Vilnius-based social media agency with over a decade of experience delivering strategic, creative, and results-driven communication across Europe.

The conversation also explores how passion, adaptability, and full-service social media expertise help the team stay relevant in a fast-changing landscape, what TechBehemoths' recognition means for their growth, their work with major public and financial institutions, and the principles shaping their plans for 2026 and beyond.

1. Introduce yourself and your company. What does your team specialize in?

My name is Petras Ramanauskas, and I amthe CEO of SocialDrum agency. SocialDrum is a social media management agency based in Vilnius, Lithuania, counting it’s 12th year in the market. We operate in Lithuania and Europe in the field of social media marketing, advertising, video production, content creation, and creative services. Helping brands build meaningful connections with their audiences and achieve measurable results through strategic and creative communication.

2. What do you believe sets your company apart in your market or service category?

Our biggest strength is passion – passion for the projects we work on, the results we aim to achieve, and the relationships we build with our clients. With 12 years of experience in the market, we have the confidence that comes from having “done this before.” At the same time, we constantly reinvent ourselves, adapting to new platforms, trends, and client needs. This balance between experience and curiosity allows us to stay relevant and deliver impactful work year after year. And more on a practical side of this question – we are a full-service agency within the field of social media marketing – encompassing strategic, analytical, creative, and technical sides of such services.

3. What does winning a TechBehemoths Award mean for your company's operations?

Winning the TechBehemoths Award means a lot to our team. It’s a strong confirmation that we are moving in the right direction and that our work is being noticed beyond our local market. This recognition gives us confidence, motivates us internally, and reinforces our belief that we can continue creating meaningful, high-quality projects in the future.

4. Who was your biggest client in 2025? And all the time?

In 2025, our biggest clients came from the banking and public sectors. One standout example is Danske Bank, for whom we execute employer branding communication across multiple channels. Working with a large international organization is both challenging and rewarding – each channel requires a different approach and content strategy, aligned with global standards while remaining locally relevant. Seeing strong, measurable results from

this collaboration makes the complexity worth it and represents a major milestone for our team. Another honourable mention - The Government of the Lithuanian Republic. We create and execute creative campaigns on topics of national importance, such as referendums, national celebrations, and others. This line of work gives us tons of satisfaction as we could observe real and tangible results of our work across the county.

5. How has this recognition (both the Award itself and being part of TechBehemoths) impacted your team, clients, or plans for 2026?

This recognition has given us valuable visibility and credibility, which strengthens trust both internally and externally. It helps open new conversations, supports long-term client relationships, and gives us confidence to aim higher. Looking toward 2026, it encourages us to think bigger, grow sustainably, and continue attracting projects that challenge us creatively and strategically.

6. From your own experience, what advice would you give to companies that want to stand out in the tech industry?

One key piece of advice: be authentic and follow your passion. Technology evolves quickly, but authenticity never goes out of style. Companies that stay true to who they are, care deeply about what they do, and communicate that honestly are the ones that build trust, open doors, and create long-term impact – not just in 2026, but beyond.

Thank you for joining us and for being part of Meet the Winners. We wish you continued success ahead.
