Welcome to TechBehemoths’ Meet the Winners video interview series.

Today, we speak with Lindsay McLeod, Vice President of Digital Strategy at My Left Foot, a Toronto-based digital marketing and design agency known for blending data-driven strategy with bold creative thinking.

The conversation explores how the team bridges analytics and creativity to solve complex business challenges, what five consecutive TechBehemoths Awards represent for their client partnerships, and how a collaborative, insight-first approach continues to drive measurable impact across industries.

1. Please introduce yourself and your company. What does your team specialize in?

My Left Foot is a digital marketing and design agency that bridges the gap between left-brain analytics and right-brain creativity. Data-driven insights fuel our strategy, while groundbreaking ideas set us apart.

I’m Lindsay McLeod, Vice President, Digital Strategy from My Left Foot, based in Toronto, Canada.

We founded this agency to shatter the conventional client-agency model and redefine what collaboration looks like. We’re not just problem-solvers—we’re trailblazers who thrive on turning tough business challenges into transformative results.

We offer solutions that solve business problems like brand strategy, user research and experience design, customer journey planning, marketing automation, AI integration, content strategy, website design and development, email strategy, social media strategy, paid and organic search services.

2. What does winning a TechBehemoths Award mean for your company?

This is our fifth consecutive award for Branding, Website design, and WordPress development.

It means our clients value our work and are willing to take the time to vote for us and share how our results have impacted their bottom lines.

This is the true marker of partnership, which we value the most in all the work that we do.

3. What do you believe sets your company apart in your market or service category?

Our team is a dynamic mix of left-brain precision and right-brain imagination, blending data-driven insights with bold, creative thinking. With diverse expertise across industries (real estate, health care, consumer package goods, financial services, and Government services) and a shared passion for clarity, creativity, and impact, we don’t just follow the rules—we rewrite them.

At My Left Foot, we partner with clients to bring structure to chaos and momentum to big ideas. Whether it’s reimagining a sales process, crafting a game-changing strategy with a big creative idea, or guiding organizations through change, we tackle complexity head-on with a relentless focus on delivering practical, lasting results.

We believe there’s a better way to solve problems—one that challenges convention, values collaboration, and drives meaningful impact. Every project is an opportunity to push boundaries, refine our craft, and help our clients achieve their goals—faster, smarter, and with confidence.

Our work with Corporate Caterers is one that we are very proud of. We have grown a brand from the ground up, to an established national presence in the catering industry, that we have helped drive results through website design, marketing material, marketing automation, paid and organic search, and social media.

All of this hard work has contributed to an 18% increase in online orders.

4. How has this recognition—both the Award itself and being part of TechBehemoths as a platform—impacted your team, clients, or plans for 2026?

You may refer to visibility, credibility, new opportunities, client trust, new connections, or future growth plans.

These awards have reinforced our credibility in the marketplace, helped us with organic search listings, and positioned our agency as an established brand with credibility.

5. What advice would you give to companies that want to stand out in the tech industry?

This can be based on your own experience, lessons learned, or key principles that guided your journey

Don’t go into a new client relationship with a solution already in mind. Take the time to understand your client’s challenges and pain points.

Dig deep into their data, customer journeys, and organizational structure. Then, and only then, we start to talk about what a solution might look like.

Thank you, Lindsay, for joining us. We truly appreciate your time and the insights you shared.
