Most of the work that reaches me arrives the same way: a business has outgrown the software it started on. Checkout stalls on campaign day. Stock in the shop stops matching stock in the warehouse. The reservation calendar puts two guests in one room. The production line produces numbers nobody outside the factory floor can see. I am the engineer companies bring in at that point.

I hold an M.Sc. in Computer Engineering and an Adobe Commerce / Magento 2 Professional certification, and I have spent my career on the layer where commerce platforms, business platforms and the systems around them have to agree with each other. In practice that is five kinds of work:

High-volume commerce. Adobe Commerce and Magento 2 for large catalogues, multi-store operations and B2B pricing, including headless and PWA storefronts on Next.js where separating the front end genuinely pays for itself.

Booking, SaaS and operational platforms. Multi-tenant products where availability rules, staff calendars, cancellation policies and tenant isolation are enforced by the data model rather than by whoever happens to be at the desk.

Integrations. ERP and SAP, local payment gateways, carrier handover, warehouse and accounting sync, built as queued, retryable and observable services, because integrations fail on exactly the days they matter most.

Process automation. Spreadsheet-driven operations rebuilt as systems with validation, approvals and an audit trail, so manual re-entry stops being somebody's full-time job.

Industrial data. PLC signals from Siemens and comparable units routed through gateways into cloud dashboards, so output and downtime are visible while the line is still running.

I work as one accountable senior engineer rather than a rotating bench, bringing in specialists when a project calls for them. Systems delivered include Frankenspalter in Switzerland, Dcey across Türkiye and the UK, SBL Beauté in Australia, Hujuzatk, Edip Saat and DORTEK. Clients sit in Europe, Türkiye and the Gulf, and I work in Turkish, English and Arabic.

Engagements take three shapes: a fixed-scope build of 8 to 20 weeks, a monthly technical-partner arrangement for teams with a steady flow of complex work, or a two-week audit for a system that has slowed or falls over under load. Agency work is white-label, delivered under your brand, with architecture notes and runbooks handed over so your team can carry the system without me.
