YPAI is a Norwegian AI company providing multimodal data services, model and agent evaluation, and production AI implementation.

We work with AI companies, model developers and enterprise teams that need more than a generic dataset or isolated prototype. Our AI Data and Evaluation services cover video, on-camera speech, conversational and multilingual audio, image, 3D, sensor and Physical AI data. We design collection programmes, recruit relevant contributors and specialists, establish consent and rights records, build annotation guidelines and quality controls, and deliver model-ready datasets with project-specific documentation. We also support human and expert evaluation, multilingual testing, benchmark and rubric design, RAG evaluation, agent task evaluation, red teaming, failure analysis and regression testing.

Our AI Implementation work includes discovery and architecture, RAG and knowledge systems, task-specific agents, document AI, workflow automation, enterprise integrations, private deployment and managed improvement. Systems are designed around the customer’s workflows, permissions, data boundaries, infrastructure and acceptance criteria rather than a predetermined model or cloud vendor.

YPAI can deliver an individual work package or connect data, evaluation and implementation under one accountable delivery structure. Each engagement is scoped around the required outcome, with named ownership, review methods, quality and acceptance gates, rights and provenance controls, versioned delivery and clear handoff. EEA-based processing, customer-environment deployment and data-processing terms can be configured where required.
