- Working with Mark and his SEO team has been great and very useful
- We have worked with YOMA for many years now on SEO and have always been impressed with the technical knowledge and results they consistently deliver.
- We have been working with Yoma for nearly 10 years now and we have just renewed our contract. They have always been very professional and always delivered what has been requested of them. We look forward to many more years working together.
- A company that is really slow and inexperienced with Magneto. Basic tasks were given to make changes within our site and in return, more bugs and issues with our payment page. Lack of testing and thought process. Very eager to take our hard earned money with very little sense of urgency.
- The team are friendly and knowledgeable, but I would not recommend to use them. We are a small family run business, and we spent a lot of money but got very little results, it was very disappointing, Initial web design was great, and first year was creative, but then the site & marketing plateaued and they seem happy to be getting their monthly fees but cannot provide evidence when challenged of work was actively done. After 3 years with them to moved to a small independant agent who has provided double the amount of work for half the money. High staff turnover at Yoma means inconsistency of work, and it wastes your time updating the new 'project manager' every few months. Bad communication between staff and client, means that it can take weeks to resolve a tiny fix - like not receiving emails!! They appear to be only interested in very high end clients, like International retailers.
