Do not recommend at all. The salesperson will say "look at all the good reviews, they far outweigh the bad" but it's just a ploy to get you to sign up. While our account manager was nice, she barely could keep up with changes/requests and we lost money in 2+ months getting nothing from them. Also when I asked to cancel (which the salesperson promised me we could do w/ 2 weeks notice) someone else, a director, got involved and said "no you are committed to 12 months" it stressed me out to the max for 2 weeks all for them to come back and say "sorry, you were right, you can cancel". Messy as heck, I guess all the issues were what you'd expect from a large unorganized agency, not sure why I hired them in the first place. Learning to do PPC myself now and wasted $600+ dollars. - I would not recommend Yes Digital. They did not perform as much work as they promised to, and one campaign had a cost per conversion of over $600 This is for products that cost less than that! I'm now using Get More Traffic and they can get the cost down to $20-40 per conversion. The guys at Yes Digital do not know what they're talking about. In fact, I cannot believe how bad the results were!
