First let me say if I could do a no-star rating, I would. Now to be completely fair, if you are a big and important customer from their perspective, you may be in luck. Your project will probably take precedence over anything else they are currently working on. However, if you are just starting out or your needs do not meet their criteria of 'priority client' then you should definitely skip dealing with this company. The owner who was supposed to be working on my project finally told me after a month of me waiting (and waiting) to see movement, he was unable to make any headway because he was so busy taking care of other bigger and more pressing projects, and he just couldn't allocate any time for mine. To that, I say...WOW. Who even says that to a paying client? He never even reached out to me to let me know..I had to pursue communication with him. He just left me there hanging...wasting my time. This company was VERY unprofessional in regards to customer service and understanding how to handle clientele properly. The owner I dealt with was an absolute amateur business man. I make this statement confidently, as I have been a business owner for nearly two decades and know very well the difference between a professional and a novice. I have never written a Google review before, and so I hope that tells anyone who reads this -- there is a solid reason behind writing it. And it has nothing to do with bitterness whatsoever. In fact, I found an excellent developer who charged me only a fraction of what this company was charging me, so his unprofessional behavior ultimately worked to my benefit. Thanks Xplode.
