I had both Google Adwords and SEO campaign with WME. Very expensive and received very bad result and poor customer service. I had two account managers but one of the account managers left WME and they didn't tell me at all. Then, I've realised they haven't done anything for the last 3 months of the contract but they charged me every single month for account management. For SEO services, they haven't even reached the – 30% Guarantee milstone after 12 months contract which is disappointing and waste of money. Very poor results for Google AdWords campaign too. 2-3 conversion per month, costing me $340-$500 per conversion plus management cost. You will get a better result if you manage the Google Adwords by yourself. Don't waste your time money. - Terrible work, they promised the world and delivered nothing. they make you lock into a contract so your stuck with them, to discontinue with their service is a nightmare. wouldn't recommend!
- Had 3 account managers that were pretty useless and made pricing errors on fb campaign and took no responsibility. In the end I got legal advice and they were still sending invoices. An absolute joke. I notice when reading other comments they only reply to positive comments (which I don’t believe) just shows you they don’t care. Never ever again!!!
- WME has been a most helpful. Since engaging their services, our organic search results on Google have improved greatly. We are very happy with the results to date and I would recommend WME to anyone looking to improve their presence on Google.
