- We have been very pleased with our partnership with Whiteboard thus far. Their team is always so helpful and responsive when it comes to our website needs.
- Update: The events that have unfolded have been very concerning but the company is making an effort. Whiteboard did reach out right away after leaving a review, putting our Dr. personal cell phone number as a main point of contact on the website as a mistake. It will be interesting to watch how the rest of the events unfold. Whiteboard has made an initial attempt to rectify and we are looking forward to try to repair the business relationship and keep google updated. Original: Wish we could give ZERO STARS!!! Very hard to work with certain team members to get desired product for rural a office. Mite be better for metropolitan area. Our frustration with spelling and grammar (with the initial website design) from the product was very difficult to have them fix and time consuming. We have concerns on our return on our investment on SEO and getting more tragic. Our uncial experience for the first 2 years: Very difficult to work with or to get ahold of to communicate when needed.
- Update: Whiteboard has reach out to me and is trying to be very proactive with my situation. The CEO informed me that hey was not aware of these issues and is currently in the process seeing what Whiteboard can do. Will continue to update as the situation unfolds. Original: Terrible service. Supper expensive. Not responsive. I try calling the main number quite frequently I get only voicemail. It very difficult to talk to anybody. We pay lots of money for SEO for nearly 3/4 a year. With no return on investment. There answer was give more money to them to see results. The only way I can get a response from there office is to leave a 1 star google review and wait for them to call.

The logo they created for my company is beautiful. They are very professional and customized their work to meet my expectations. I highly recommend Whiteboard Marketing.
