really bad experience will not use again

I recommend every company not to collaborate with this agency and we have never seen such bad support so far. Let me explain why: 1. They will start a contract and provide you no suitable developers. We hired 1 frontend and 1 backend developer. We mentioned multiple times that the developers are not suitable for our project after a test phase and we need to exchange them. But nothing happened. They just said, let’s try again and again... 2. They will ask you for the first invoice after 4 weeks. In our case, It was in March 2020. A couple of features were not done or were full of bugs at this time. They promised us to fix everything. So we paid, but even after months (now, it’s almost October) the bugs are still not fixed. There was another invoice in April we just paid and the same wrong promises again… 3. The backend developer was so bad that he just left their agency after a while, because he was not able to handle our tasks. We never received a replacement for him, but they promised us. After they realised that they make no profit out of our project (because they were not able to handle our tasks), they just took the frontend developer out of our project and put him on another project behind our back 4. The response times of their developers are crazy long. Sometimes it takes days. Then they will have excuses like vacation, sickness or whatever… 5. You will never talk to the Agency Leader “Yurii” face-to-face via a call. He will answer your questions, concerns or complaints by chat (kind of a really shy guy). In your very first call, you will talk to “Tetiana” the account manager. She will be involved in point 1 and 2 and provides you all the wrong promises beside Yurii. In our project was also a project manager involved called “Svitlana”. She was absolutely useless and contributed to our project exactly nothing (maybe one simple question every 4 weeks like “how is the project going?”). I even don't understand why Yurii pays her a salary... We gave this agency tons of chances to fix our bugs and we always got the same answer “we will fix everything as soon as possible”. We even provided them the option to pay us money back, so that some of our other partner agencies can fix their bad work, but they still want “to fix everything as soon as possible”. If you will collaborate with this agency, they will consume your time, money and like in our case kick you out with tons of bugs which someone else needs to fix. Overall, we never ever recommend this agency to someone else, except you don’t care about time and money.
