- This company does not respect their clients and are not prepared to negotiate. They were initially attractive in cost and respectful in service. They became progressively cocky and passive aggressive in their behaviour. They’re billing practices don’t feel right and the business relationship ended by the CEO dictating to me their terms and their non negotiable hourly rate as if my company was their employee. Atrocious behaviour and a disgrace. Furthermore, the project handover process, amicably agreed earlier, is going atrociously. I am unable to access what has been developed and the CEO and PM are not answering any form of communication and demanding further fees for their time. I am at my wits end what to do about the situation. They did not complete the agreed transition handover process. A continual emphasis on money to be paid for cooperation. Extortionate! A serious disgrace and outrage. A crime. I am so furious and frustrated. I wish I never used them. 18th March 2020 - After discovering that this company did not provide the latest code and GIT access the transition process was not completed. I have made several requests to complete the transfer of the project but of no success. After pleading with the CEO, he is only interested in the removal of my reviews before he will consider anything. How can you trust a company like this? A lot of money wasted.
