- WE NEED MORE INFORMATION! I am trying to get vital information about this company but I couldn’t find any. I chatted with few people through ‘chat’ but I couldn’t find any of the staff’s profile in any social media platforms. Webilistic is also not showing their business registration in NY or NJ. Can someone from Webilistic provide me the information? I would love to give you 5 stars since your website looks like a place to go for all businesses’ digital needs. But, for now I will stick to 1 star until you satisfy my inquiry whether it is safe to do business with you.
- My colleague wanted to get a website portal done through them, they may be good at static sites or may be some other work. But when it came to custom portal, they were extremely unprofessional, doesn't have a normal turnaround time, the communication channel always gets blocked. I wish she get her money back, as they promised, else we would have to move legally to get compensated for the lost time and money. I will not suggest this company for your start up business, unless you have the money to pay whenever they keep asking. I feel better ones out of the lot in that company was William from marketing and Ben from project management. I still would not recommend this company to others.
- Placed an order for a logo comp. said initial turn around would be 48 hrs. Never received a comp, I reached out and was told my order wasn’t placed with a designer. I then spoke with a designer and was told I’d have a comp within 24 hours. Nothing ever came through, so I reached back out and was told they would look into my order and again never heard anything back. I can’t ask for a refund because I purchased through their special they offered. Company is a joke and unprofessional. Happy for the people who actually had their orders placed and fulfilled.
