Stay AWAY! Do Not Use this Company. After much consideration, I decided to leave an accurate account of my experience with WebCreationsUS. The level of frustration with the company is beyond words. I have lost business due the poor-quality product and the problem with the server. I am going to list the problems that I have encounter so far: 1. Poor communication – Since the beginning of the process, you need to contact several people and it seems to me that there is no coordination. I had to answer and explain the same things several times. I even put together a mock-up of exactly what I wanted to the website and yet, when I see the “changes” it was not at all what I requested. They changed managers and didn’t take a few minutes to tell me who I was supposed to contact. 2- Poor-Quality product - For the website to open it takes 18 seconds (which in our world is an eternity) each page takes about the same time to open. In addition, for certain people it doesn’t open at all. This has cost me a lot of time and money as I lose clients. This problem has been going in on since December 2020. Maybe even more. 3- Broken Promises - They promised unlimited revisions and changes to the website and so much other things. It’s a big fat lie. After the changes I wanted for my website, they want me to PAY More. I attached the document. (Full of lies) 4. NO Training - What value a tool have, if you don’t receive proper training. They answered, go to YouTube or Google. I talked to my manager about how to do changes and I am not able to complete certain changes unless I talk to the web designer or developer. The list is too long to fully explain. After this, I will be sending a complaint through the Better Business Bureau because this is unacceptable and I am still fighting to get things right.

It's been over a year now that we've been doing business with Web creations US. Our whole success comes from a gentleman named Cody Walters. He goes above and beyond the duty of his job. The rest of the team is right on point they keep our website up to date, and daily and weekly reports on our SEOs to keep us up to date on our progress with new strategies. I requested a full refund for the $600 charged to me on 8/29/19 and the $300 charged to me 09/23/2020 and sent 3 emails to the entire team and received NO REPLY!!! Here are the reasons why you should NOT use this company to build your website: -Was quoted 6-8 weeks to create my website: it took over 1 year -Website never actually was functional for my clients to use or check out -Support was not able to help me after 1 week of having no website -Huge Loss of business sales, customers complaining daily of website problems after website was “finished” -Had to transfer the domain back to the old domain because no one at your company could help me after so many email requests -The store was never set up properly so clients could actually check out -Worst experience ever for me with a website -Completely unprofessional company and staff that don’t respond to issues timely -Complete waste of money for a website that never worked and I never actually was able to use for my business!!! -Reporting to BBB as well!

Since the creation of my website, which was a very positive experience, WebCreationUS has been extremely responsive and helpful with any updates I have needed. They have even taught me how to do a lot of it myself but are always available to double check me. Particular thanks to Sam McGee who is very patient and thorough. Thank you!

Very professional and responsive team. They are capable of any level of complexity (mine was a big site with many moving parts). They are very experienced and easily managed the major challenges I threw at them. They are also reasonably priced and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to build a first class site.
